Marina Shideroff is the Founder and Chief Design Officer of Fram Creative Solutions. Marina is the first person to open the doors of CX in Bulgaria and is a recognized expert worldwide for Customer Experience. She has extensive Bulgarian and international experience (Germany, France, Switzerland and the Far East). He graduated from the Hochschule für Bildende Künste Braunschweig in Germany and the Technical University of Sofia with a degree in Product and Industrial Design.

Marina is proud of its rich portfolio of projects for the FinTech industry, both for "new" players (blockchain and developers of innovative tools) and traditional participants in the field of digital payments, financial software, e-commerce (ICOs, IT and startups). She has worked for clients such as Coca-Cola HBC, Dynamo Software, Software Group, D-Bank, Easy Credit, Econt, Bauer Media Group, Nova Broadcasting Group, Net 1, Iris Solutions and many others.
